After last year's fragrant pair Amouage Fate, 2014 certainly marked new editions Amouage Journey Man and Amouage Journey Woman.

We always expect a lot from the house of Amouage and the new Journey fragrances take us for an olfactive journey to the Orient by a mixture of precious ingredients. Journey Woman has been announced as a floral fruity with accentuated leather notes while the version for men, Journey Man, is masculine and woody spicy also accentuated with leather subtones.

This fragrance opens with spicy Sichuan pepper combined with fullness of bergamot, green cardamom and the brightness of Neroli Bigarade. The heart is defined by a darker facet that is structured around the spicy tones of Juniper Berries and Incense. They are enhanced with pure Geraniol to give a dry and sweet rose facet with smoky tobacco leaves to accentuate the mysterious aura.
